AFTER 2016

Now that 2016 is over and more than 366 Mousekin drawings were drawn and posted , Mousekin's fans want to know what is the next step.  Here it is! The "12 Days of Christmas" series will continue daily until it is complete on January 6th.

     After that, Mousekin will stop by weekly to introduce his fans to his new friends and to tell you about things that you may, or may not, be interested in learning.

Mousekin is a character that grew out of a children's book I have been working on for several years.  On New Year's Day in 2016, I pledged to myself to draw, paint or collage a mouse every day of the year, in order to improve my drawing skills. The pledge  (The Mouse Project) was fulfilled even with a 52 day road trip and a lot of other activity that might have side-tracked me. Mousekin became so popular that Mousekin Art was displayed at an art walk this summer. Mousekin art sold at an art show in the spring,  and  it  is now available at the e-store, MousekinMarket.com.
